Suppliers & Contracts
If you know what you want, but don’t know where to get it, or aren’t confident of negotiating with suppliers to get the best deal, this is the service for you. Using my knowledge of suppliers in the south of England, I will find the right person, venue or company to supply whatever it is you are looking for. From horse drawn carriages to helicopters, barn dances to ballrooms, nothing is too small or too outrageous. This package includes:
- Sourcing suppliers
- Organising contracts
- Confirming schedule and responsibilities
On the Day Management
On the day of your wedding, the last thing you want to be thinking about is whether everything has been delivered to schedule or worrying about whether something might go wrong, and neither do you want your family or guests to have to worry about these details. With this package, I am on hand to ensure that everything runs to plan so that you and your guests can enjoy yourselves. This package includes:
- Assistance in scheduling the itinerary (from 2 weeks before event)
- Confirmation of schedules with suppliers
- Attendance on the day for a maximum of 8 hours
- Behind the scenes management
Complete Wedding Planning
With this service, I will be with you throughout the entire planning process, managing all aspects to suit your requirements. This package includes –
